Returns:

AIM products are sold to customers with a 100 percent money-back guarantee. AIM guarantees the quality of any product and certifies that the products manufactured meet the highest in quality assurance standards. AIM is confident that customers will find AIM products acceptable in every way. However, if a customer is dissatisfied with the product for any reason, AIM shall refund the full purchase price (within 30 days of purchase of original product). AIM will provide the customer with a postage-paid merchandise return label whereby the customer can return the unused product. Once the unused portion is received by AIM, the customer will be given replacement product. Refunds pursuant to the guarantee are limited to one bottle of product per retail purchaser and does not apply to any product intentionally damaged or misused.

Shipping

Note: We will ship by the lowest cost method via UPS, or Canada Post unless you have selected Canada Xpresspost / UPS Express. Please see the order page for the shipping costs.

All products are shipped out same day or next business day from the time the order is received. Normal shipping is by UPS or Canada Post. Please allow 1 week to 10 days for delivery.

Orders are shipped from AIM Canada's warehouse in Calgary, Alberta.

Note: a standard box and packaging weight of 0.3 pounds (~136.077 g) is added to all order weight totals.
