  • Click on the buttons next to the items you wish to purchase.  You will have a chance to preview your order summary before it is finally processed.
  • If you want to adjust the quantities, or remove an item, click on the 'View Cart' Link shown on the bottom of each page.
  • After you have selected the products, you can proceed by clicking on the 'Checkout' Link (bottom of each page), this  will take you to a secure area of the site where you can enter your shipping information, following that, billing information.
  • Discounts of 5% for wholesale orders over 200, and 10% for orders over 600, will be calculated, and shown on the final invoice.
  • The buttons on this page do not process any billing.

Shipping:

  • Note: We will ship by the lowest cost method via regular UPS, or Canada Post unless you  select Canada Xpresspost / UPS Express
  • All orders $125 and above receive FREE SHIPPING (Lowest cost shipping method) for those who are members through this site  - excepting where the order total is greater than $250.00, then contact us first for the shipping charge.
  • All orders under $125 are charged a MAXIMUM rate of $12.50. If the ACTUAL shipping cost is less, based on the weight of your order and postal code, we will bill you only for our actual cost.
  • All products are shipped out same day or next business day from the time the order is received.   Please allow 1 week to 10 days for delivery.
  • Express Shipping: Xpress Post, and UPS Express are also available at an additional charge.  You will be billed for our actual cost at the time of shipping to a MAXIMUM of $25.00 - excepting where the order total is greater than $250.00, then contact us first for the shipping charge.
  • Orders are shipped from AIM's warehouse in Calgary, Alberta.
  • A natural product number (NPN) indicates that the product can be legally sold in Canada because it is considered safe, of high quality, and has been authorized for sale by Health Canada.
  • An exemption number (EN) indicates that the product is in the process of an NPN approval.
  • AIM products withouts NPNs or ENs are classified as foods, which do not require natural product numbers.
